Strong Housing Market to Benefit Remodelers: Remodeling Magazine

Zonda (a housing market and real estate research firm) has announced some promising predictions for remodelers this year.

While remodeling spending was predicted to fall in 2021, it is now projected to rise steadily through 2023. Although there is still a high rate of unemployment, mortgage rates are at a historical low - and the pandemic has increased demand for home sales. Zonda says this means new homeowners will invest in renovations.
