We are a residential remodeling company working mostly for homeowners. Langner Renovations, Alterations, Decks is based out of Wilton, CT and has been in Business for over 8 yrs with over 30+ years experience in the Construction Industry. We do all types of residential remodeling from kitchens and bathrooms to major renovations and additions. We also offer a complete care and repair service, as well as ice rink and sport court installation. We have over 15 years experience installing specialty items like this.

What was your biggest estimating pain point before using Clear Estimates?

Our biggest pain point was not being able to find software that worked with the contracts we create.

Before using Clear Estimates, how would you estimate, what did you use?

Before we started using Clear Estimate we were using a competitor. We decided a change was needed and we started with Clear Estimates. This was a little over two years ago. Since then, our estimates have looked more professional. Not only that, but they are also a lot easier to estimate.

After using Clear Estimates, have you been able to measure improvements in estimates produced or time saved?

Clear Estimates has cut my estimating time in half. I now know that the bottom line will be accurate.

I like how I can create an estimate and turn it directly into a proposal without having to do any additional work.

Every project is different, but I like how I can use one of the provided templates and then adjust to my specific project. This allows me to save a lot of time!

What aspects of Clear Estimates make you most satisfied with your purchase?

It has to be Customer Service. Clear Estimates has been great when I have questions. Alex is there to help me through!

Would you recommend Clear Estimates to a competitor or another contractor in the residential industry?

I would highly recommend Clear Estimates as It has worked for me! I am really glad I switched.
