I was able to successfully transfer an estimate from Clear Estimates into QuickBooks, using the instructions found here: http://www.clearestimates.com/online-manual/309.htm

However, when I tried to create an invoice from the estimate, the dollar value of the estimate changed. Is this a glitch with QuickBooks or Clear Estimates? Is there a way to fix it?

Yes, there is a quirk in QuickBooks that for some reason (even if you specify to transfer 100% of the estimate value) transfers the labor costs over into the invoice, but assigns 0% of the estimate amount for material and subcontractor costs.
